Amir Irshad

My name is Amir Irshad and I am currently looking for a job in customer service and support. I have a year of experience as a PR executive in a luxury brand management firm which have provided a base for management skills, writing skills and communication skills. I have a year and a half of experience as a customer support as well and which has helped me to strength my communications skills and convert leads.  I have had a variety of customer service opportunities, through which I was able to have fewer returned products and increased repeat customers, when compared with co-workers. I am dedicated, outgoing, and a team player. I consider myself a good public speaker and I have a good sense of humor.
