I usually work as a customer service representative. I am both answering phone calls and email inquiries. Being with the companies I worked with made me more competitive, skillful and dedicated. Leaving them doesn't mean quitting but finding more great opportunities to add on my skills. I love learning new things, easy to work with and can do multi tasking. The most challenging job I had was being a Logistics Specialist, in where I handled billing information, shipping and delivery info. A job requires active listening, fast typing skills, quick thinking and requires you to be a problem solver. Task like handling billing information for example,you will handle billing correction, disputes and investigations which I did during my tenure with the company. Aside from this, well, I am not really good on arts nor singing or dancing but one thing I knew about myself, I love giving my service for companies worth my dedication and hard work.
