I was a Customer Service Representative in a BPO company for almost 6 years. I've handled different types of calls from customer service,
billing, and collections. Working in a BPO company helped me improve my interpersonal and communication skills. I've shown great efficiency in managing my tasks. I used to take 80-100 calls daily and managed it effectively, I handled different types of calls and was able to address customers concern empathetically and professionally. I also worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst for 5 months in my previous company. Being an Analyst helped me gain knowledge in using the Microsoft Office tools and email management since we're using it on a daily basis.
