Anamaria Ciucanu

I’m Anamaria Ciucanu, the storyteller and animation researcher, who became passionate about animation and its many forms after watching Finding Nemo in 2004. Life had many squashes and stretches since then, but my admiration towards what this art form can bring to film, science and people in general still remains, which is why I’m doing a Computer Graphics Doctorate at Bath University, UK  Hurrah!

My main research interest areas are in procedural (physics based and behavioral) animation, pattern analysis, mesh reconstruction and deformation.
