Working on “Identification and validation of enhancer elements from Hi-C data, focusing on Atopic dermatitis and Psoriasis”. The work involves mammalian Cell Culture & maintenance, Cloning of target sites into vectors, Site-directed mutagenesis, Transfection and Reporter Assays.

Studied “The effects of nuclear RNA exosome protein on the endogenous DNA damage”. While working on this project, have learnt Culturing and maintenance of mammalian cell-line, Transfection techniques, Gene-silencing using siRNA, Immunofluorescent microscopy, and quantifying protein expression using Western Blot.
