1.   Customer Service/Sales Representative

           I worked with Sykes Asia Inc. under the account of Expedia.com as Customer Service/Sales Representative handling inbound calls and chat/email support to our clients worldwide but mostly our clients are from USA. I deliver excellent & efficient customer service and I was a Top Performer Representative for 3 consecutive months. I can also handle irate customers and many times converted it into a sale. I am experienced in cross selling and up selling. I also learned that having an excellent customer service can create more revenues to the business as the customers will come back because of a good service but a bad customer service can loss profits.

2.   Chat Support

         Assisting clients through chat is quite challenging though it is manageable through experience. I can manage to assist 3 to 4 clients at the same time but can exceed to 4 depends on how complicated they are asking. I also learned that before giving a solution to their problem that you should evaluate their needs so I can tailor fit a solution for them. Also in the process of evaluation and analyzing their needs I can determine if I can cross sell or up sell to the clients or spiel a good recommendation to them. Since I have an experience working with travel & booking site like Expedia.com , I can also manage supporting employers who has business with AirBnB, Booking.com, Trivago or other travel & booking site. Nevertheless, I can guarantee that I can deliver excellent chat support to my employers.

3.   Product Research & Listing

         I am experienced in UPC Product Research Mainly I am provided with a set of UPC to research with regards to their Description Title, Manufacturer, Dimensions, Short Description, Full Description and etc. I can also do product listing like posting products on your software. I have not experienced product listing on Ebay and Amazon but it can be learned and I am willing to learn.

4.   Real Estate Photo Editing

         I have experienced editing real estate photos for Real Estate Brokers and Agents and Photographer contractors. I use Adobe lightroom to enhance the quality of photos and photoshop to clean the photo if necessary.

5.   Social Media Management/Canva Posting/ManyChat Chat bot creation

       I do also social media management like posting ads and contents to increase engagements. I can also create contents depending on the instruction of my employer. At the same time, I can respond to inquiries in social media and create a simple chat bot for the facebook page. We can also make a sales flow and daily broadcasting of message to increase engagements and potential increase of revenues
