Andrea Castano

My name is Andrea Castano, and I am a Business Administration professional from Cartagena, Colombia with 4 years of experience working in the consulting and research as a service space. I have worked and studied in multicultural settings across South America, the United States and Europe and have professional experience in client facing and team management roles. As part of my education so far, I have achieved a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Boston University Questrom School of Business and a Masters Degree in Project Management from Harrisburg University. Both of these educational experienced have shaped me to become a hard worker, a problem solver and also have given me valuable time management and organizational skills. I also had the pleasure to work at Atheneum Partners for 4 years, a research as a service firm based in New York where I worked in both the qualitative and quantitative teams within the consulting department. During my tenure, I grew from an Associate to a Manager level and had the opportunity to develop my project management, team management, client management, communication and business development skills. I am currently looking for my next career opportunity in account/project management, strategy, business development and commercial roles. I am a fast learner and very adaptable, and looking for a place where I can continue growing as a professional and as a leader.
