Started as a Sales Support Specialist working on the Channel route to market, with
responsibilities of handling the sales admin processes on behalf of the Sales Reps, including deal
entry and pricing coordination, sales compensation assistance, working closely with other teams to
ensure SLAs and deadlines are met and being main point of contact for the customer from the
moment of pricing request until deals are approved and quoted.
I got promoted to a role of Sales Support Analyst after 1,5 years, which meant a switch from channel
to direct business. I continued to manage the admin tasks and to act as a delegate on behalf of the
direct ISRs, being a main point of contact for any inquiries related to the sales process from initial
request until shipment. This role implied more complex activities, involving reporting and business
analysis for the ISRs, but also creating and providing dashboards for sales managers and corporate
accounts, together with consultancy and recommendations for improving the KPIs (Pipeline, Forecast,
Quota, Actuals).
Accomplishments:
- Leaded and coordinated the Salesforce Data Quality Dashboard process across department and
managed to reduce the percentage of the discrepancies in scope from 20% to hit the target of 5% in
the first 3 months.
- Drove the Columbus Pilot for the Mid Market ISRs, which resulted in adopting this activity within the
team.
