I have 10 years of experience in Customer Service assisting worldwide customers. I was trained at a large Call Center in Bucharest and served as Team Lead for more than 5 years.

In regards to my technical skills I can say I have basic to intermediate knowledge on Oracle PL/SQL and Software Testing and I am always willing to learn to develop myself and to fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
