Andrew Santos

​Hi, I'm Andrew - a certified personal trainer & nutritionist with a First-Class Honours Degree in BSc Applied Sport & Exercise Science.

I have 4+ years' fitness coaching experience, working with individuals of various ages, background and ability levels, in both recreational and elite sport settings. Additionally, I work as an online tutor for Sport & Exercise Science and PE students (from school to university level).

I take a science-based approach to exercise programming and nutrition, whilst maintaining a realistic and practical outlook – I believe having a balance is the key to long-term adherence and success. 

I am looking for a challenging and exciting remote coaching role - allowing me to utilise my knowledge & experience to help clients achieve their health, fitness and wellbeing goals.
