I am 21 years old living in the Philippines. I'm in the BPO industry for 2 years now and I specialize in customer care and technical support. I'm handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues about the client's customers experience. I know how to provide a walk through to the customer about troubleshooting and investigate to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. I help customers understand the product and answer questions about their respective account. I also specialize in billing and have a background in sales. I take inbound phone calls and usually process payments or returns. As a customer service representative for a quite a while now, I have mastered how to put myself in the customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. It is very important to me that I follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. I also do not mind to take the extra mile to engage and help customers with their concerns.
