I am 21 years old living in the Philippines. I'm in the BPO industry for 2 years now and I specialize in customer care and technical support. I'm handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues about the client's customers experience. I know how to provide a walk through to the customer about troubleshooting and investigate to answer customer questions or resolve complaints. I help customers understand the product and answer questions about their respective account. I also specialize in billing and have a background in sales.
