I've been with BPO industry as technical support, helpdesk officer and recently as a service desk in all prestigious companies. 

Last time I worked in an office based, I was an Incident Manager, we manage all critical tickets and make sure to restore normal service as quickly as possible. As an Incident Manager, you should be always reliable, know how to multi task, deal with the clients and knows how to handle high priority tickets with critical issues and revert back with the latest update without fail. 

Currently, I am an Amazon Virtual Assistant. My responsibilities are searching for profitable items to list, order processing and order tracking.
