I've been with BPO industry as technical support, helpdesk officer and recently as a service desk in all prestigious companies.

My current role is an Incident Manager, we manage all critical tickets and make sure to restore normal service as quickly as possible. As an Incident Manager, you should be always reliable, know how to multi task, deal with the clients and knows how to handle high priority tickets with critical issues and revert back with the latest update without fail.

Though I'm a newbie on this field, I am confident that I will be able to handle and manage all tasks that will be given by the client. I am also willing to undergo trainings, learn new things and exert effort in each and every task that will be assigned.

I am also negotiable on price and always up for challenge. I am eager to help and look forward to serving you
