•Match purchase orders to invoices and enter invoices into computer
•Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to
balances
•Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports
and recording entries
•Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. Enter new or update vendor
names and data

I also have experience working in a mining company with a position of bookkeeper with the following work responsibility:
•Codes source documents such as invoices and receipts to the appropriate account.
•Maintains and updates accounting records by performing duties such as recording and
posting transactions in journals and general ledger for accounts payable, accounts
receivable and other account titles.
•Maintain bank account records; reconciles bank accounts and balances checkbooks.
•Preparation of monthly, interim and annual financial reports.
