I have more than 6 yrs in the BPO/callcenter with both inbound and outbound experience being a CSR, Sales, Tech support for a couple of Major US Companies and in the Australian financial sector first as a claims assist consultant for an insurance company and then after as a collections associate for one of the Largest Banks in Australia and New Zealand. Ive also had support roles being an SME, on the job trainer and team manager as well as experience working from home as a Virtual Assistant/Inside Sales Agent for an American Client who is in the Real Estate Industry.
