I was once a Social Media Customer Support for a Hong Kong based client. This is a part-time job and a home based job that I have worked for months. I was also once a Customer Service Representative (Voice and Non-voice) and Technical Support Representative (Voice) in different US based companies and these experiences are office-based. I believe that I am qualified with the position that I am applying for given with these experiences that I have gained for the past few years.

As an experienced Customer Service Representative, I make sure that all questions and queries of every customers be address promptly and immediately. If these concerns are not answered, I make sure that this will be escalated to the right person and/or department so that customers will be satisfied with the service that I have rendered to them. I have gained extensive customer service skills, typing skills, basic troubleshooting and technical skills for the years that I have been working with different companies.
