• Building a Fault Injection Framework for the SPDK-NVMF library so as to increase the code coverage and sanitize the stack before using it on top of the
eSSDs (Enterprise Solid State Drives) drivers to enhance the performance.
• The Framework is able to inject 33 faults in several layers of the stack, across
7 major components with provisions of 3 different features on configuration
for different faults.
• The framework being developed covers various code paths, which can be
further extended as and when new features are added to the SPDK-NVMF
stack, thus making the framework versatile and feasible.
