It's an amazing feeling when a customer is satisfied with services rendered, as it ensures customer retention and referrals. I am customer-centric in nature, this involves being a good listener, showing empathy when necessary, and using emotional intelligence to communicate stereotypically.

I am currently a customer success representative at a telecommunications company and i have four years and 11 months experience on the job in a call centre environment. I am analytically minded and open to learning new things and can work in a fast paced environment remotely.
