Hello there! My name is Anj. I'm an experienced customer service and debt collections professional based in Manila, Philippines.

My work is focused on convincing customers/debtors in making the highest possible payment to their delinquent accounts. I can thrive independently as well as in a team environment.

For 8 successful years, I experienced dealing with customers who are angry, frustrated, worried, and afraid. Building a good rapport while still being assertive with these kinds of customers is an essential skill in order to have a good call.

Prior to working in the business process outsourcing industry, I was first an assistant to our College dean for 3 years. I did this while finishing my associate's degree in Financial Management. Part of my tasks then were data entry of all incoming students' relevant information to the school system, ID printing, recruitment of other student assistants, and setting appointments to the Dean.

You can count on my leadership, management, and interpersonal skills. My passion for learning has always been my key to succeed. I keep studying and take challenges positively. I keep my eyes on the goal and strive for excellence.
