I have over 6 years of experience working in the BPO industry. I worked as a Customer Service Representative, Web Specialist to Billing and Sales. Became the lead “go-to” person/SME for both new and established employees.

Maintained a 97% satisfaction rating over a 24-month period as a customer care representative. The ranking was based on customer satisfaction, speed of resolution, and availability. I am passionate to learn and explore new things. I have a positive attitude and I make sure to finish my work on time. I can work independently with minimal supervision and going the extra mile to help.

Currently, I'm taking a Virtual Assistant training through LejitPH to learn and develop new skills. So far I am learning so much and I look forward to working with you and obtain a position of responsibility that utilizes my newly acquired skills.
