Ann Dela Isla

I worked in the tourism sector for 12 years managing transfers for flights, hotels, and cars. I was hired as a secretary at an international school on a full-time basis in July 2019 and for 2 years worked remotely because of the pandemic. I manage paperwork, organize Gmeet and Zoom meetings, book meeting rooms, record minutes at meetings, and perform other administrative tasks in my capacity as a secretary. I also keep financial records and assist teachers in managing both in-person and online classes.

I can say that my experience dealing with clients of various nationalities has taught me how to adapt to and understand their particular accents, resulting in a smoother and more efficient transactions. I'm up for working part-time.
