Administrative Experience:
My scope of work is to record all the expenses of the company. Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventories, Provide ad-hoc support to the office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing team events onsite and offsite. I can work with minimal supervision and I am the type of employee who always gets the job done in a timely manner.
Office Assistant Experience:
Updating social company accounts, Update the client's information / new clients. Answer the client's e-mail inquiries. Computer maintenance, Debug/format ensure that all the computers are working and some troubleshooting and some Inventory of computer parts (check if no parts are missing, and replacement.)
