Anna Carolina Agarao Gaspar

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After graduation, I worked as an Assistant Store Manager in a restaurant chain who offers Western fast food service with Chinese food menu and operates 24 hours. For two years, I handled recruitment, training, and people development. I hire our frontliners and kitchen staff because most of our existing staff were only contractual. I do the weekly schedule of our staff. As I went on with the job, I also took charge of Marketing and other admin tasks which were all checked during audit. These tasks includes preparing the function room (since we have three) everytime we have reservations like birthdays, baptismals and weddings. During graveyard shift, I do the daily consumption report of food items to check if there are variances. Of course in order to do this I have to do the inventory.
