As mentioned on my speciality, I have been working as such for more than two years for a restaurant in Doha, Qatar. I intially began as a bartender and just worked my way up. I worked as a General Reservation agent for Hawaiian Airlines in Teleperformance back in the Philippines. We normally, would talk calls, answer inquiries regarding the passengers flights or company policies and/or check and book flights for them. We used Sabre as our mean in doing such task. Now, I'm handling communications between our store's management team, operations team, facilities and maintenance team and other parties involve in running the restaurant.
