I am a 30 yr old trained professional that spent seven years achieving numerous tasks, projects and initiatives in any company I worked with. Well trained in English Proficiency both written and verbal communication. I just had my early retirement and wants to spend quality time with my family while earning money through freelancing and home-based work.Most recently , I worked as a Virtual Assistant in a private company that is based in Malaysia, my job scope includes lead generation,online support through calls,emails and chat ,content moderation and data management.Before that I worked as a Customer Service Executive at a call center which provides customer service for Comcast under Billing department ,my job scope includes managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner, Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions ,meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.And for 4 years I worked as a Customer Service Supervisor in a Fitness Studio in Malaysia.As a Customer Service Supervisor I need to train and coach staff with weekly meetings, performance contracts praising and reprimanding where needed ,anticipating and addressing problems in a timely manner,demonstrate personal sales leadership and success by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach.I am also responsible for online marketing such as updating all the studio’s Social network(facebook ,instagram and twitter)and as well as preparing and processing of monthly payroll for over 15 employees.
