I am a passionate wife and mother whose main goal is to earn and provide income to my family using my skills in virtual assistance, customer service, communications, email, and calendar management.
I have strong interpersonal and good analytical skills. My experience in the banking and market research industry molded me to have an optimistic approach to my job, work under pressure, and perform multiple tasks while increasing overall productivity with efficiency. Some of my tasks were handling multiple loan accounts, encoding and listing details in the system, preparing and reviewing all necessary documents, coordinating from one department to another, attending and dealing with clients' and partners' needs and the list go on, these experiences strengthen my time and email management skills. Processing numerous bank transactions while dealing with different kinds of clients who are sometimes angry, worried, and frustrated solidifies my communication and customer support skills. I demonstrated success in responding to a bunch of calls, emails, and chat queries in an accurate and timely manner.
I am equipped with knowledge in Microsoft Office, Google products, Canva, and the likes and very open to using other customer service and admin tools preferred by clients.
