I am an administrative and customer service specialist with 13 years of experience.
I received my high school certificates in 8 subject areas then continued my studies at the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute where I obtained my Associate Degree in Tourism Management.
Since then, I have been working at a hotel providing excellent administrative and customer service support to the Events department and most recently, the Front Desk.
Over the years, I took short courses in office administration, customer service and workplace etiquette to help improve my knowledge and skills.
I achieved several "employee of the month" certificates, as well as positive reviews from clients.
I have been working as a freelancer for the past 5 years and registered my business in 2021.
