I've worked with SMDS Multi-Purpose Cooperative for 6 years as a teller. My job is to receive and transact payments and deposits from our clients, making daily transaction reports, collects and transacts collections from collectors, making bank deposits, handles petty cash vouchers, making of delinquency letters for our clients with past due account. I also worked with Telco Services International for 2 years and 4 months as a Order Management Officer, Telco's main client is Telstra. My job there is to input orders to Telstra Core System, ensure that the quality products and services are delivered in a timely manner. I also make calls to our PACC Team for verification of accounts who has debts with Telstra and other tasks as per instruction of my supervisor. My last job was with Ista Solutions. I worked for them for 5 months as a Back Office Associate. I worked for Townenursing Department, wherein, my responsibility is to input the time in and time out of the employess who are nurses, physical therapies etc.) With almost 9 years of working experience, I can say that I have a good knowledge in terms of using the computers, internet, Microsoft tools such as M.S. Word, Excel. I can also type with the speed of 45 WPM with 98-100% accuracy. When it comes to work, I always see that I have a good quality that I can deliver to my client, I'm very keen to details and has a very long patience, willing to be a part of a team, and can work on my own too with a minimun supervision ofcourse.
