I have been working for more than one year as a Customer Service Representative at VXI Global Holdings Corporation and have developed my communication skills and ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I have been trained with multiple tasks and can help to meet goals and objectives.
My task includes processing orders, explaining bills, making sure that I have resolved other issues and to provide good customer service experience in every customer. During my tenure, I was able to hit a 100% survey in Customer Service for the month of November and December. Also, I always make sure that I always hit my stats every month which challenged me to work hard.
My experience in VXI Global Holdings Corporation helped me improved my communication skills and provided me with extensive knowledge on how deal with different people.
