I have been a customer support specialist for almost 9 years. I have handled several accounts from different type of customers. I have been part of a financial account, I deal with card transaction and tax refunds status. I was also part of retail online and was able to handle chat and phone inquiries. I have also expirienced to be part of a business to bussiness account. We take care of office supplies, breakroom supplies, untility supplies. We cater small to big companies anf also schools and government agencies. Lastly, I got to be part of an final expense plan campaign. I do warm call and cold calls to veterens and educate them about the thing that they will get from the VA when they die. Helping them realize that making their family burden frww when the day comes is very important.
