Good day,

My name is Aquillina, I am a recent graduate and I've been freelancing for a year.

Two years before completing my degree, I started worked for a digital marketing company from 2019 until 2021 as a Marketing Manager. I was responsible for different clients and their business websites, as well as the social media presence of those businesses. I was also responsible for their blogs. I would proofread blogs for clients who wrote their content themselves, and I would write blogs for clients who didn't.

More recently, I work as a ghostwriter, freelancing online. I write a lot of nonfiction long-form texts (tiny books/ebooks).

I am a qualified editor/proofreader and while my passion is in writing, I value a grammatically correct sentence as much as any other grammar Nazi.

I have experience writing blogs and doing social media updates, as well as brainstorming new ways to grow a client's social media presence. I am a good researcher with ample experience finding reliable sources.

I am focused, a quick learner and a lover of all things words. I am a dedicated writer, I enjoy it very much and I think it's insane that I can make a living doing exactly what I love.

Unfortunately, a lot of the work i've done is covered by NDAs so i cannot share it. Below, please find links to a couple of articles I wrote as a volunteer for The Borgen Project. These were written in a particular way to suit the Borgen writing style so they do not reflect my freestyle entirely. They do however demonstrate my ability to string words together, and to adhere to house style. I hope you find them useful in making your decision.
