I've been a technical support representative for almost 4 years. Have handled Comcast Cable TV, Bell Canada, AT&T Uverse and Bell DSL. In those accounts, we are assisting customers to program their TV to their cable service as well as helping them with the issues of their internet service. We also provide assistance with some of their software issues to be able to connect to the internet. Like anti-virus installation and some settings of their computers to be configured to work properly.
