I have been writing since I was 12. I was in elementary then until I reached high school. I have had stints in the school paper such as circulation manager, literary editor and editor-in-chief. In college, I also wrote some articles for the staff newsletter, and ROTC news articles. I have started working online last January 2010. In my first assignment, my buyer gave me a good rating. My first few jobs were mostly on article writing, blogging and web research.

But my journey with Crowdsourcing.org started last November 2010. Until last year, I finally got promoted as Community Manager. My job with Crowdsourcing.org still involved writing and research but it's not more of editorial write-ups. Instead I am entrusted to help in managing the site and making sure it's as professional as it should be. I can still practice my writing skills as I write emails every single day to answer our members' queries and most especially reaching out to everyone who wants to know and who wants to be a part of the crowdsourcing world.

This job led me to another venture, Crowdsourcing Asia in Malaysia, where I handled Malaysian workers, research, document writing, emails, etc.
