I worked as the English Teacher of junior secondary school students at a government school.

I taught various concepts in English language texts, read literature books and read vocabulary to the students

I marked the students notes, exam papers and recorded their scores.

I was also the Assistant General secretary where I exercised my duties in writing minutes of official meetings, emailing the hall executives on scheduled meetings and upcoming events on the hall, Attending official meetings with other hall members to discuss on ways the hall can improve for comfortability, Arranging of hall documents and keeping records both online and offline for future reference, tidying the hall secretarial office in a neat and orderly manner.

Volunteering with other hall executives in creating activities like free health check-up for the hall members or social night parties to create a fun environment.

I had a volunteer work as a monitoring and evaluation officer, where we incorporated an activity program called violence Against Persons Prohibition program which we wanted to sensitize the people on ways they can curb violence or report violence in a peaceful manner.

We planned out a workshop training program in order to train the participants on the violence Against Persons Prohibition Act which was incorporated into law by the state government. I was a part of the logistics team in planning out the venue location and refreshments to be given to the participants at the end of the program. It was a strenuous event since we were a group of 3 members planning it out and I was the monitoring and evaluation officer, trying to draft out an evaluation form for the participants before and after the program. I was too occupied with the logistics program that I forgot to write out an evaluation form for the workshop program, I didn't plan out my schedule properly in order to do both works at the same time by focusing on the most important before do the other tasks which only ended up in me working overtime to write out an evaluation form in the middle of the night. I rewrote the evaluation form for like 3 times before there was an editor that checks the form before it is being submitted finally.

I learnt that it is important to multi task when it is necessary and planning out your schedule is what reduces stress.
