I have the Ability to provided on-calls support, and work a flexible schedule and ability to work well in a high pressure/target driven environment. I am able to multi-task in a professional & courteous manner and has a broad knowledge of inbound/outbound contact center environment. I also experienced have analytical and troubleshooting expertise and have previous customer/client interface experience and the ability to handle upset clients in a professional manner
