I had a background in Business Process Outsourcing or Call Center for a total of five years working with accounts that cater U.S. clients and customers. I handled supervisor calls, became a Subject Matter Expert, then became a Quality Analyst until I finally decided to be a freelancer. I am currently a transcriber and quality analyst. I am very excellent at my job that it reflects on the perfect ratings from the Quality Team. I go extra mile by doing extensive research on the account I am working on and the nature of the recording that I am transcribing. I maximize Google and social media (if necessary) for my research. My typing speed is 62 wpm.
