I worked as a Customer Care Specialist at H&R Block for more than one year. We deal with American taxes. We are responsible for filing their taxes,after working with H&R block I was transferred as a customer service representative with the account FTD US based as well for almost a year this is a project based as well. I also worked as a Billing Specialist/Technical Specialist at Direct TV for two years and was also responsible for upsell .

I also worked as an Auditor Staff in a clothing line hre in the Philippines for one year and ^ months. We are responsible for the stocks,incoming stocks inventory and field audits to our concessionaires like malls all over the Philippines. I'm also responsible for checking our employees' attendance and depositing their salary.

I worked as a Frontdesk officer in a Korean Hotel and a Cashier from Sanford Marketing Corporation, one of the biggest companies here in the Philippines.

My previous work experiences has helped me improved my leadership skills,my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to upsell services and goods to potential clients.Working there, I was able to resolve issues at a 90% rate and memorize an entire line of company products and services-including prices and special discounts.
