Ash vessel, dome valve, gate valve, rotary vane feeder, Vacuum pump, clarifier, slurry tank, recovery water system and other equipments involved in Ash handling system Responsible of Operational Maintenance for mechanical jobs of various equipment like Instrument Air Compressor, Transmit Air Compressor, Fluid Coupling, Centrifugal pumps of different capacities, NUVA System, Buffer Hopper, Bag Filter, Clinker Crusher, Slurry and Conveying Pipe line. Responsible of Performance Guarantee Test of Electro Static Precipitator, NUVA Supervised operation & maintenance of Dry Bottom ash conveying system and ESP pressure conveying system including ash slurry disposal system, fly ash silo, ash dyke recovery system. Observation of critical parameters. Modification of system as per operation requirement. Able to assess/ identify the requirement of all recourses/ Spare parts and conversant with procurement procedures, Spare finalization, Inspection of material at store.
