For years of wonderful and challenging work as a Customer Care Specialist both office and remote access. I have successfully honed my skills in this field. Being resourceful and doing multi-tasking help me become a goal setter and task oriented. With the company I was with, I was recognized for politely dealing with disgruntled customers. During my tenure, I handled email, chat, inbound and outbound phone support. I've been active in social media and I'm confident with my adaptability with different work phases. I'm positive in creating good results.

I believe that hard work should come first and good things will follow. I am a positive person who always think I can do every task that is given to me. I understand the value and importance of my role to the client that is why I always give my full energy, knowledge and passion towards my work. I am a patient person who is eager to learn and help grow the client's business.

Putting on a wonderful smile is part of a good outfit. Start and end your day with a smile. I've been working in a BPO Industry more than enough for me to know how important being passionate at work. There may be tiring days but if you set a goal and knows its value nothing can stop you. Being Kind and friendly gave me wonderful friends not just those who are near me but friends from across the globe. They are my previous agents from the travel agency I used to work at.

I know that hard work and accuracy will impress your client but quality will keep you going and honesty will keep your job. You should be honest to your client but most especially to your self. I never hesitate to ask questions. They are the key to providing good output. Always come prepared and stay on top of every task.
