I've been with the outsourcing industry since 2011 and started my career as a health insurance representative with one of the largest Health Insurance Provider in the United States, after that, I worked as a Telecommunications officer for T-mobile USA and Macys.com which allowed me to further enhance my skills in handling customer concerns, resolving their issues and providing world class service in each situation.

Year 2013, I'm very grateful to become part of Wells Fargo Bank as a Phone Banker Specialist and currently a Travel consultant on TripAdvisor Vacation Rentals.

Over the past years, with all the lines of business that I handled, I'm proud to say that I'm always hitting and exceeding the targets set by my clients and was able to consistently get commissions because of the results that I'm getting.
