After my post-graduate studies, I worked as a Data Entry Operator Shri Ramdham Mahavidyalaya Mauranipur for gaining experience and for a living as a data entry operator from June 2017 through March 2020, then acquired 2 years and 9 months of experience.

Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, I have nothing to do from March 2020 to May 2021. After that, I provide virtual support for different schools and colleges for their online classes. For online classes, Google Meet is used, Google Forms for tests, WhatsApp for any type of class notification, and AnyDesk for their technical support.

I am confident in my abilities as a virtual assistant and Currently, I work as a computer operator in my shop.

As a virtual assistant, I provide the following services.

• Monitor, answer, and organize emails
• To provide support to customers

• Make appointments
• Research content and/or keywords
