I would like to start with my experiences as a working professional. I started as a frontline support representative back in 2008 here in the Philippines, where I grew as a support professional at that time also it's where I learned the basics of being in a call center industry during training (primarily product training including culture immersion courses). After being in the front lines for internet satellite radio company, I got hired for an online gaming account and took back office roles such as doing e-mail & chat support from 2010 to 2012. Being in a back office support professional with experience in the front lines, I never held back and continue to grow and apply the skills I learned to where I am right now. I also got to work with an Australian Telco firm before as a front liner and currently working in a Financial Account collections department, looking forward to have a work outside the walls where my homegrown talents came from. I seek to apply all my learned skills for a new job that would require and benefit from it so to reach its primary goals.
