I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 5 years. After carefully reviewing the experience requirements of the job description, I feel that I am a suitable match for the job.
I worked as a Virtual Assistant to an Insurance company based in the US and handled several policies like home, auto, private flood and dwelling fire. I handled the insured's information and do quoting for the brokers and underwriters. I have worked for RealPage Inc. as well as an Email Support Representative and Data Analyst for a year so I am familiar with their policies and this is the advantage that I have in terms of handling real estates.
Also, I’ve held several data entry positions that entail inputting customer requests, inquire, and tracking codes of products. I also perform administrative duties, answering telephones, transferring data, web research and reports to immediate supervisor. With extensive experience supporting all levels of a department and working directly with external vendors, I take direction well and can complete a heavy workload and complete projects under minimal supervision.
