I have over 20 years of experience in customer service within retail, serving and supervising roles. I am computer knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, quick at emailing back incoming inquiries from customers and very fast in take on incoming calls. As a bilingual individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I have successfully served diverse customer bases throughout my career. My proficiency in English and Vietnamese, along with my experience working with customers from various backgrounds, have allowed me to effectively address their needs and provide personalized assistance.

I have trained and mentored customer service agents. In my roles at The Iceman and The Ritz Carlton Hotel, I had the opportunity to share my knowledge and expertise with new team members. I developed training programs and provided ongoing support to ensure that all agents were equipped with the necessary skills to deliver outstanding customer service. I take pride in seeing my team members succeed and thrive in their roles.

In addition to my strong communication skills and training experience, I am known for my positive "can do" attitude that brightens the work environment. I believe that a positive and enthusiastic approach is essential in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.
