I would like to start by Thanking you for your time in reviewing my resume. My resume may not be the typical customer service or data entry generic that you would normally review for this position, but allow me to explain how my background can be an asset to your company. 

I may not have the typical brick and mortar call center experience, but I can guarantee the call volume as well as the customer care is the same if not more demanding with-in a medical facility. I have been a Certified Medical Assistant in both clinical and administrative roles, during that time I have been faced with customers on the verge of sucicide to extreme anger which means I can handle stressful and fast-paced situations; as well as adapt to what each caller needs. As a Medical Assistant I managed my time wisely between patient care, phone calls, referrals, scheduling and transcribing for providers which makes me efficient at multitasking. I also became my providers unofficial personal assistant by making sure that their personal schedules coincided with our work schedule, returning their phone calls and various emails. I can work independently as well as with a team and can handle the demands of working remotely. I have years of experience with multiple computer applications and feel that I am competent when it comes to troubleshooting.

 I am an active duty military wife which has given me the tools to give the utmost customer care in respect to different religions, backgrounds and ideologiologies. As a military spouse and previous federal employee I have awareness of government and political relations in the Army sector.  I do not need benefits as we have Tricare and pay is negotiable. All of the requirements you have listed is exactly what it takes to be a successful Medical Assistant, from customer care to troubleshooting. I would just like the opportunity to prove my worth to your company as a remote worker so that I can continue my degree in Social Work and have a position that allows me to move as my husbands orders request.
