ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE
BILLING CLERK/OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, FIELDS AUTO GROUP, FL 2011-October 2016
Hired as an entry-level service cashier, promoted four times in four years. Touched every aspect of
dealership functions, from customer-facing positions such as cashier and receptionist, to
administrative work as cash-flow monitor, and finally as a billing clerk. Before moving out of
state, I was preparing to move into a finance position within our family of dealerships.
Fluent in all month-end processes and deadlines, from front-end with the closing of ROs and
following-up on last-minute leads to the back-end duties of successfully funding and billing all
deals for three stores, often totaling more than 300 retail deals per month.
