My job role was to plan and execute Press based Mill liner and of wear liner product . Supervising the team of press shop ,blank shop, finishing ,blasting . Preparing the reports of different products and discussing the issue up to its solution to give the customer oriented products .Leading the team of purchase for required input in meanwhile process. Proper co ordination was the key in manufacturing. Proper use of all m/c of 300/700/1250/2000 ton hydraulic presses, EOT cranes, conveying units, Autoclave Machine, Shot Blasting Machine, Banbury Machine, Mixing Mills 60”, Calender Machines, Boiler 2T for smooth production. Coordinating the team of Maintenance for effective scheduling of production by MIS reports and execution of Preventive and Shutdown Maintenance as per schedule. Arrangements of all Necessary inputs like hardox,mould parts,rubber compound ,etc.. Maintain routing, release and confirmation of production in SAP for getting smooth flow. Preparation of Planning and production Documents such as Logbooks, PM Check sheets and schedules with respect to ISO Clearence . Projects: Commissioning of 300 T press, modification in loading &unloading of Product. Macro development of SAP in Screen & Wear product.(during Tega Joka ) Cost cut in the form of Scrap of rubber by avoiding rejection at each level of production . INTERNAL TRAINING: Training on ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, Fire and safety training , Basic Hydraulics, Balancing and Alignment.
