I have Master's degree in accounting and have been in this field for long period of time, doing various accounting work with different kind of business. In general accounting that includes bank reconciliation, journal entry preparation, Payroll management, Data entry, Bookkeeping etc. I have good communication, time management skills and a very self-organized and detail oriented person.

Ensure that the accounting and financial system is set to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and required standards. 

Accounts Duties:

• Payments of suppliers/vendors in a timely manner.
• Manage cash flow including petty cash bookkeeping.
• Maintain accurate financial data, including accurate monthly financial statements.
• Up to date and depreciation calculations are performed for the month ended and the year end.
• Payable: post bills-issues checks- post payment- Reconcile statement.
• Bank reconciliation of all other Income / Imprest Accounts.
• Billing of monthly student’s fee vouchers.
• Inventories office supplies and equipment; prepares and submits orders for purchase.
• Managing all school administrative issues / Building repair work. 

HR Duties:

• Salary calculations, payroll / Benefits, staff loans / Process and disburse salaries in allotted time etc.
• Promoted to fulfill a broad range of HR functions, including recruiting and training employees, administering benefits, overseeing disciplinary action, and managing HR records.
