I've been working in a BPO industry for 10 years. My first job is working as Data Analyst in Accenture. I worked there for 4 years. Then I transferred to Taskus for 5 years, and worked there as chat support representative. Then I worked for more than a year in Genpact as support for customers that are having issue accessing their social media account, then I was transferred to an account that assist having issues with their company application.
