Azubuike Chioma Faith

Chioma is a professional customer care specialist, a peoples person, very Empathetic, open to learning, always willing to delight her customers, a good multitasker that works pretty well under pressure.

After graduation from imo state University where I had a BA in theatre Arts, I worked with a financial organization(Access Bank PLC) where I got ample knowledge on how to relate with customers, resolve their complains and follow up from feedbacks.

I also worked with a clothing line where I Functioned as a sales executive, introducing customers to the latest fashing line and boosting the companies revenue.
